No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase or payment will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

1. Sponsor

The “Win a Piece of the Story” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Hyperlific, Inc., 5319 University Dr, PMB 9483, Irvine, CA 92612 (“Sponsor”). This Sweepstakes is administered solely by Sponsor.

2. Entry Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on July 3, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PT on July 31, 2026 (the “Entry Period”). Sponsor’s server clock is the official timekeeping device for this Sweepstakes. Entries received before or after the Entry Period are void.

3. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, contractors, and representatives of Sponsor, and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members of each, are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

4. How to Enter

During the Entry Period, visit hyperlific.com and submit a valid email address using the Sweepstakes entry form. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address for the duration of the Sweepstakes, regardless of method. Additional entries beyond this limit are void. Entries generated by script, bot, macro, or other automated means, and entries using multiple or fictitious email addresses or identities, are void and will result in disqualification. Entry constitutes subscription to Sponsor’s email list; entrants may unsubscribe at any time without affecting their entry or chances of winning. Entry is free. No purchase, payment, or Vault order is required, and an entry accompanied by a purchase will receive no advantage of any kind in the winner selection process.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive one (1) factory-sealed Bandai One Piece Card Game “Adventure on Kami’s Island” booster box (set code OP-15), Japanese edition, containing 24 booster packs of 6 cards each. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $95. Total ARV of all prizes: $95. Contents of the sealed box are randomized by the manufacturer; Sponsor makes no representation regarding the specific cards contained inside. The prize is non-transferable, and no cash equivalent or substitution is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. The prize will be shipped only to a valid address within the 50 United States or D.C. All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize, and any expenses not expressly listed above, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

On or about August 3, 2026, Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The potential winner will be notified by email at the address used to enter within 5 days of the drawing. The potential winner must respond and, if requested, sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (except where prohibited by law) Publicity Release within 7 days of notification. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required period, is found ineligible, declines the prize, or fails to return required documents, the prize is forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries. Sponsor is not responsible for a winner’s failure to receive notification due to spam filters, security settings, or an inaccurate or non-functioning email address.

7. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner’s consent for Sponsor to use the winner’s first name, last initial, state of residence, and likeness for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.

8. General Conditions

By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or acts in a disruptive or deceptive manner. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion; in such event, Sponsor will select the winner in a random drawing from all eligible entries received prior to the action taken. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, garbled, or misdirected entries, or for any technical malfunction, human error, or network failure affecting entry or the administration of the Sweepstakes.

9. Release and Limitation of Liability

By entering, each entrant releases and holds harmless Sponsor and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim, loss, damage, or liability of any kind arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, receipt, possession, use, or misuse of the prize. The prize is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, beyond any warranty provided by the manufacturer, where applicable. IN NO EVENT WILL THE RELEASED PARTIES BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of certain damages, so portions of the above may not apply to every entrant.

10. Disputes

Except where prohibited, entrants agree that any dispute arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or the prize shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California. All issues concerning these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict of law rules. In no event will an entrant be entitled to recover attorneys’ fees or any damages other than actual out-of-pocket costs incurred to enter.

11. Privacy

Information submitted with an entry is collected by Sponsor and used to administer the Sweepstakes and, as disclosed at the point of entry, to send Sponsor’s email newsletter and marketing communications. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time. Sponsor’s collection and use of personal information is described in its Privacy Policy, which includes the disclosures and rights available to California residents under the CCPA/CPRA.

12. Winner List

For the name of the winner (first name, last initial, state), send an email with the subject line “Win a Piece of the Story Winner Request” to [email protected] within 60 days after the end of the Entry Period.

13. Platform and Trademark Disclosure

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta Platforms, Inc., TikTok, X, or Bluesky. Entrants are providing information to Sponsor and not to any social media platform. By entering, each entrant fully releases and holds harmless each of these platforms, including Meta Platforms, Inc., from any and all liability in connection with this Sweepstakes. One Piece and related marks are the property of their respective owners, including Bandai Namco, Shueisha, Toei Animation, and Eiichiro Oda. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, any of these rights holders. Sponsor is giving away a genuine retail product.
